Our Mission

To identify, train, and support Kenyan athletes in Alpine and Nordic skiing disciplines, fostering a culture of excellence and sportsmanship that inspires the next generation of winter olympians. We are committed to providing world-class training facilities, expert coaching, and pathways for our athletes to compete at the highest international levels. Through our efforts, we aim to put Kenya on the map as a formidable contender in winter sports, challenging stereotypes and breaking barriers. Our mission extends beyond the slopes. We strive to build a community that values discipline, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of greatness. Philip Boit

President

Kenya's first Winter Olympian, Philip Boit made history at the 1998 Nagano Games. A trailblazer for African winter sports, he continues to inspire the next generation as President of the Federation, bringing his international experience and a passion for developing Kenyan talent.

As Vice President, Pauline brings strategic leadership and a commitment to operational excellence. She plays a pivotal role in formulating federation policies and strengthening partnerships with national and international sporting bodies.

Treasurer

Evan oversees the financial stewardship of the federation. With a focus on transparency and sustainability, he manages budgeting, sponsorship funds, and financial planning to ensure resources are effectively allocated for athlete development.
